Size doesn't matter!

Last night I took Paul to see the Musical, “A Beautiful Noise”, which is based on Neil Diamond’s life.
If you’re a fan, I highly recommend it!
There was a troupe of dancers and one of the females was not a size 2. The fact that her costumes were larger than the others, didn’t stop her from missing a beat. She moved with grace, power and confidence. In the final number, as the other dancers faded away, she remained, owning the stage in a way that made you feel her strength. Her size didn’t matter. Her energy did.
It reminded me of something I believe deeply: movement is for everyone.
There’s a myth that fitness spaces are exclusive. They’re not. If you’ve taken one of my classes, you know I teach to every level. I encourage, support, and celebrate you, wherever you are on your journey. And I hope you do the same for yourself.
We all start somewhere. And yes, I’m biased, but I believe there’s no better place to begin than with Pilates and Barre. I’m living proof of the strength, balance, and confidence it builds.
So to my beautiful B4 Babes: Own your stage, no matter the size of your Lululemon’s, because size doesn’t matter. You Living Your Life, Happy, Healthy & Fit, does.
Cheers to showing up, exactly as you are!
xo, M

Love the message. We are too hard on ourselves sometimes I know this first hand. You have always supported me with all my fitness goals. I have been in the best shape in my life and not so. I know being consistent is most important. Thank you for B4 always being a here. Also we all come in many sizes this does not mean we are not strong and confident!
