Let’s be real… I don’t care what you eat in a day.

If I see one more Influencer post their daily meals, I swear I’m logging off. Plus the popularity of cottage cheese and its sales are through the roof!


Don’t get sucked into thinking their meals will magically give you their results. They won’t!


You are uniquely YOU, and your body has its own needs. Copying someone else’s food choices won’t give you their body, or their metabolism. And let’s be honest, our budgets may be different.


When I share recipes on B4, it's to inspire, not instruct. I'm not a nutritionist, and I’m certainly not prescribing what to eat. I’m just sharing what tastes good or makes me feel good.


Lately, I’ve been more intentional about cutting empty calories and fueling myself with high-protein, smaller meals throughout the day. That works for me, my body, and my lifestyle. Yours may be completely different and that’s OK.


So enjoy those “what I eat in a day” posts for entertainment, not instruction, and let’s stop chasing someone else’s “perfect plate” & “body” and let’s find ours!
