Vania's Ahi Avocado Stack

About the Recipe

Ingredients

-Sushi Grade Ahi: Make sure it is Sushi Grade(I got mine at the Sushi Counter at the Grocery Store)

-Sesame Oil

-Soy Sauce

-Minced Onion

-Green Onion

-Chilli Powder

-Avocado

-Salt

-Pepper

-Toasted Sesame Seeds

-Wonton Chips or Tortilla


Optional:

-Chopped Mango on top(see below picture for reference)


Preparation

Chop Ahi into small pieces and mix with:

-Sesame Oil

-Soy Sauce

-Minced Onion

-Green Onion

-Chilli Powder

All to taste


Marinate in the fridge for 15-30 minutes or longer.


Dice the Avocado into chunks and season with salt & pepper to taste.


*I used stainless steel cake ring molds to assemble.


Stack Ahi on Avocado chunks and top with toasted sesame seeds(or mango as an alternative to sweeten your dish?
