About the Recipe

Ingredients
-Spaghetti Squash(look for smaller sizes)
-Pasta Sauce
-Beyond Meat(Plant Based) or Ground Beef
-Olive Oil
-Italian Seasonings
-Salt & Pepper
-Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
-Microwave the spaghetti squash for 3-5 minutes to make it easier to cut, then slice it lengthwise
-Hull out seeds
-Drizzle olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
-Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and place squash cut side down.
-Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 30-35 minutes until soft enough to fork through.
-While squash is baking, sauté the meat and add pasta sauce when the meat is done.
-When the squash is soft enough, fork through the meaty part until it starts to look like spaghetti.
-Spoon sauce mixture on top, add seasonings, sprinkle with Parmesan.
-Return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
