Ingredients
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Milk or Milk Alternative
1 TBS Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds
1 TBS Pure Maple Syrup or Agave
1 TBS Nut Butter
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together, cover with saran wrap and leave in fridge overnight.
I top with more milk, sliced fruit and sometimes a few spoons of yogurt.
