About the Recipe

Ingredients
-Muffin Pan(mini or regular size)
-Muffin Liners
-1/2 cup Butter(I use Earth Balance)
-3/4 cup crunchy or creamy peanut butter (preferably unsweetened and unsalted)
-10 Graham Crackers or 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
-1/4 cup maple sugar or other granulated sweetener(I use Truvia)
-1 cup Chocolate Chips(Use Carob to make it Vegan)
-1/4 cup nut milk
-Chopped Peanuts/Almonds/Pecans(to sprinkle on top)
Preparation
1. Melt Butter in saucepan, then add peanut butter. Once melted, stir in crushed graham crackers & sugar. Mix well!
2. Divide the mixture evenly in your muffin tins.
3. Combine Chocolate and Milk in another pan or microwave. Stir until melted.
4. Spoon Chocolate evenly over Peanut Butter mixture
5. Top with nuts(optional)
-Place in fridge for at least 2 hours to fully set(can freeze if you need them to set quicker).
