Ingredients
1 Cup Frozen Berries
Milk(either a Nut variety or Dairy)
Protein Powder(Optional)
Ground Cinnamon(Optional)
Ground Ginger(Optional)
Toppings:
Nuts(any variety)
Fruit
Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Blend Frozen Berries with a splash of milk. Keep adding drops of milk until you get the right consistency. Top with your favorite fruit, nuts, nut butter and dark chocolate.
