Ingredients:

1/2 Banana

1/4 cup Egg Whites

1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

2 tsp Milk(I use a plant based milk like Almond

Cooking Spray for Fry Pan(sometimes I melt vegan butter, like Earth Balance instead of a spray)

Preparation



Directions:

Mash the banana in a small bowl with a fork, add egg whites, protein powder and milk.

Stir until all ingredients are combined(it may be of loose consistency.

Heat small fry pan that is greased with cooking spray or butter, spoon in mixture and cook on low heat until brown and inside looks cooked, flip to cook other side.


I top mine with fresh fruit, nuts(walnuts or almonds), Agave Syrup and a sprinkle of Cinnamon.
